Сдаётся дом со всеми удобствами: большой зал, 5 спальных комнат (с кондиционерами), 2 санузла, кухня, беседка + летняя кухня, мангал, большой двор, бесплатные парковочные места. В районе дома очень много зелени, красивая природа, свежий воздух. На машине до моря примерно 7 минут. Можно на общественном транспорте, остановка в 800 метрах. Пляж галечный. В Дагомысе есть платные оборудованные пляжи.
