Advantages:

Новые апартаменты. Все чисто. Встретили и сразу заселили раньше указанного времени. Несмотря на то, что апартаменты находятся рядом с ж/д вокзалом в помещении не шумно. Единственный момент,данные апартаменты подойдут достаточно активным людям , так как от моря достаточно далеко. Нас это полностью устроило, так как мы и планировали много ходить. Но с детьми будет сложно. Отдельный маленький двор. Место для шашлыка. Отдельное спасибо за Ваш прекрасный и вкусный инжир, растущий в вашем уютном дворике.

Advantages:

Приезжал на соревнования на сочи-автодром. Квартира в шаговой доступности, внутри все уютно и комфортно. Есть все необходимое. Очень рад что выбрал именно этот вариант, спасибо хозяину 👌
