Территория ухожена, много зелени. В доме есть сауна. Сдаётся 2 этаж дома, отдельный вход, железная дверь, 2 спальни, кухня-гостиная, санузел, балкон. 1 этаж не сдаётся. Гости будут отдыхать одни.
При аренде до 2 суток ( включительно) разово взимается оплата за уборку 2, 5 т. руб.
