Advantages:

Люди приветливые. Дом в стороне от дороги, тихо ночью. Нет затруднения с парковкой. Пляж недалеко и ЖД платформа, можно прокатиться в Сочи к цивилизации. Недалеко магазины. Горячая вода из бойлера поступает стабильно. Стоит не дорого.

Disadvantages:

Внутри номера всё слегка "уставшее", на окнах нет сеток и есть комары.
