Для нас огромным плюсом было знакомство с Артуром и Асей. И подскажут, и покажут. Также хочу отметить шашлычника — мастер своего дела. До моря реально 3 минуты идти. А ещё там есть котик — кормите его) Я назвала его Азимут.

Disadvantages:

Перебои в электричестве, но было всё быстро решено тем же Артуром и Арсеном.
