В комнате имеется кондинционер, туалет, душ, холодильник, тв. Пляж расположен в 5-7 минутах ходьбы спокойным шагом. Дорога к морю ровная, без спусков и подъёмов. Что очень важно! Рядом расположены магазины, кафе, ресторан, почта, банкоматы, кафе, рынок, поликлиника.
